Failte! Howdy!
Hi, I'm Greg
Wait, what? Who is Cooper Jackson?!
Cooper Jackson is my business name; an homage to my mom. Humanism reminds us to exercise humility rather than self-promotion.
I’m a nonprofit consultant and executive coach with a knack for blending strategy, empathy, and humor to help organizations thrive. With over a 15 years in the nonprofit world—securing funding, leading teams, and navigating social impact—I bring real-world insight to leadership development.
Originally from Scotland, I spent 13 years in education leadership before moving to Texas. When I’m not coaching leaders, you’ll find me exploring Fort Worth, over-caffeinating, or playing with my dog, Choco.

Leadership is not about power, position, or paycheck.
It is the belief that the best person to solve a problem is the one closest to it, and equipping them for success.
